Summer’s almost gone…

And I’m definitely not ready to say good-bye yet. I’ve had a blast this whole time though. I had full intentions on doing as many things as possible as it is my first year being done with school and my first summer vacation since graduating high school. Going out at night, beaches, swimming, parties, movies, Seattle, life. *sigh* I will really really miss you summer. You’ve been way too good to me this year.

I have a wedding coming up in September so I’ll have that to look forward to but other then that I’ll have to say the job market isn’t being too generous so far. But I will keep searching and searching for that dream job till I find it.

This blog post has been short and sweet, just like how this summer felt.

I will be returning with a REAL blog post soon, now that summer’s coming to an end and it’s time to start taking things seriously (again).

I recently came across this photo again and it made me really miss black and white film. I miss developing my own negatives and making prints. =/ I’m going to try and find more photo’s from way back then.

Mmm summer stay here forever…

I have been lacking on updates this whole entire summer and I can’t help but want to go out even more. The sun’s out and the warmth is too good to pass up hehe…considering I’m living in Washington I really need to soak up the sun before it’s rain and grayness all over again. It’s been nonstop beaches, outings, tanning, swimming, bars and barbecue’s. Mmm summer please don’t ever go away!

Besides that I’ve been meaning to get back on track work wise…it hasn’t worked out all too well but hopefully that will change within the next week.

Until then I will be a beach bum indefinitely.

But I solemnly swear I will be better at updating! Promise. =)

It’s July already?!

Yeesh! I am really lacking on my blog updates. 4th of July is coming up and I can’t wait to go out and enjoy the sun, have some drinks, eat some gooooood BBQ and watch some fireworks! Hopefully I’ll remember to take a few pictures of the night haha…

Until then I hope everyone enjoys the sun while we have it and pray for good weather on the 4th!

Gear Review: Epiphanie Bags!

I’ve been super excited about this since I first heard about Epiphanie bags and their amazingly beautiful line of camera bags geared towards women! The company itself was started by a fellow woman photographer who felt like she needed a camera bag that had style, versatility and could be carried around virtually anywhere. These bags are great for any type of photographer on the go. For the fashionista who’s looking for style, for the business type who needs to look polished and sleek, for the photographer mom who needs convenience and a comfortable carry-all, for the overall ‘tog who needs something different!

Lets just say that I’ve been wanting and wanting one for ages now. I pre-ordered my black Lola bag as soon as it became available on their website and then came the hard part. Waiting! I waited (semi) patiently for about a month and then it finally arrived! =) It was so exciting finally getting that big box in the mail and ripping it open.

It’s very liberating from the bulky stiff camera bag that’s obviously looks like it’s holding a bunch of costly equipment. Personally I stayed away from such bags as I really don’t want people knowing I’m lugging around expensive gear!

It comes with 6 different velcro panels that can be arranged and rearranged to fit your camera gear whichever way you please along with a longer strap for when you’re on the go and can’t just hold onto the bag itself. The long strap is removable along with interior and exterior pockets for smaller items such as memory cards, cords, chargers etc.

Please check out their website for different styles and colors. I honestly wish I could have one of each but my available funds tell me otherwise ;).

I hope all shooters alike can find their perfect camera bag just like I have! =)
